8 WEEKS TO WELLNESS

The slogan, "Give us 8 weeks and we'll change the rest of your life" just about sums it up.  8 Weeks to wellness is a comprehensive wellness program designed to optimize what you think about, how you eat and suppliment, and how you excercise and care for your body.  Before and after this program a complete physical with computerized muscle testing, functional assessments, glucose measurement, blood pressure, and spinal x-rays are performed.

This program includes Personalized nutritional and weight-loss counseling, 2 chiropractic adjustments per week, 2 on-site personal training sessions per week, 1 full body massage per week, and daily meditation instruction.
